The pocket sprung core is designed to provide you with bespoke comfort according to your body weight and helping keep the spinal column aligned which aids comfortable sleep. Covered in a high quality knit fabric for a luscious feel. The mattress is roll-packed for ease of transport. Please unpack the mattress using a pair of scissors to carefully cut the corners to allow the mattress to take shape. We advise you to be very careful when doing this in case of accidentally cutting the mattress corner.

We aim to deliver your mattress as soon as possible but ask you to allow 2 weeks before reporting a non-received item.

Our beds are sent out in perfect condition but if you receive your order and it has been damaged en-route, please notify us in writing and send us a picture of the damage within 24 hours of receipt in order for us to arrange a prompt replacement.
If you do not like your bed for any other reason, you may return it for a refund. However, the return cost must be paid by the buyer. We can still collect it back from you and reduce your refund by the amount of the return delivery cost incurred.
